The Field Service Leader's Agenda: Priorities for Success
The field service leader must no longer be solely operationally focused. To be successful the field service leader must enable their team to excel at a varied set of areas: customer value, revenue opportunities, efficient deliver of support. This triumverant of focus areas require a new frame of thought for field leadership, and more importantly a new take on the resources, tools, and training needed to support excellence in the field.
The Service Council's 2017 field service research highlighted the key priorities for field service leaders and will be discussed in this report. This report will look at:
