TSC's 2015 mobility project dug into the intentions of service organizations to mobilize further in order to improve service results. Several organizations indicated that an investment in mobility was an investment in "Improving a Day in the Life" of front-line field techncians.

How could we improve a day in the life? TSC decided to investigate and find out via its first ever research project directed at field service technicians. The results were phenomenal.
